1 Definitions & Introduction

In this document, "babu7", "we", and "our" refer to the babu7 online betting and casino platform, operated under the babu7.lat domain. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any individual registered on or using this platform.

"Services" refers to babu7's website, mobile version, applications, games, betting facilities, promotions, and all related activities. "Account" means the personal profile registered on the platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at babu7, you must provide accurate and complete information. Details entered at registration must be genuine and in your own name. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds or bonus credits may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If an unauthorised person accesses your account, change your password immediately via the babu7 Login page and notify our support team.

All activity carried out through your account will be considered your own, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at babu7 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited and such transactions may be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This timeframe may be extended if identity verification or a security review is required.

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. If multiple withdrawal requests are pending at the same time, they will be processed in order of priority.

4.3 KYC Verification

babu7 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal or for high-value transactions. A copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested if needed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may be claimed once only.
• Bonuses may not be claimed from multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• babu7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds used in promotions cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

5.4 VIP Program

babu7's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; and Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play and activity.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed at babu7 are considered final once confirmed. We are not liable for bets that fail to be placed due to technical errors. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the relevant bets may be voided or placed under review.

6.2 Sports Betting

All markets and odds offered in sports betting are determined at babu7's sole discretion. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed under the applicable rules, babu7 reserves the right to void that market. babu7's decisions on sports results are final.

6.3 Casino Games

All games offered at babu7 Casino are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or through live dealers and are not controllable by any party.

6.4 Technical Issues

In the event of server failure, network disconnection, or software error, babu7 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. However, babu7 is not liable for problems caused by internet connectivity. babu7 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from technical errors.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating more than one account or using another person's account.
• Placing strategic or coordinated bets to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform's software or games.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors (under 21) or allowing them access.
• Engaging in fraudulent communication with other users or participating in site fraud.
• Attempting unauthorised access to babu7's security systems.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 babu7's Authority

babu7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. This applies in particular if a user violates these terms, engages in suspicious activity, or fails to cooperate with the verification process.

8.2 Closure at User Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any applicable wagering requirements must be met before the account is closed. Eligible balances will be returned, though bonus portions may be forfeited.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming page. Once your request takes effect, babu7 will block access to that account.

9 Limitation of Liability

babu7 accepts no liability for the following:

• Financial loss caused by a user's own negligence or error.
• Delays or losses caused by failure of third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Interruption to games or bets due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Financial loss resulting from normal losses or defeats in betting or gaming.
• Unauthorised access resulting from sharing account credentials with a third party.

babu7's maximum liability for any single incident is limited to the value of that transaction. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses.
